Random phone pictures

I recently went through Johnathan's phone and found some fun pictures on there that I want to keep, so this is a great place to share them!

For a scout requirement for Jayden to get his Webelo's, he had to go on a hike.  John and the kids decided to hike the Y.  I decided to stay home with Brynn.  I would have just slowed them down :)

 After we found out we got the house, we 

went out to celebrate at the pizza factory!

 This was our first year celebrating Pi day. I made mini banana 

cream pies.  Aren't they so cute?

 A while back, the kids had a dress up as a book

character day at school.  Look what we threw

together!  I thought Jayden and Ashlyn looked so good!

 John got to participate in a photo shoot with Cosmo, the BYU mascot.

He has such a rough job, doesn't he?

John took the kids ice fishing a while ago, and caught

a HUGE trout! He said it was 4.5

lbs and was the biggest fish he's ever caught!

Jayden's was a good size too.

Another year older...

Jayden just turned 11!  Because he is my oldest, I am always shocked every year at his new age.  It really does go by so fast!!!  We always take the kids out on a special Mom and Dad date for their birthday, and this year Jayden chose to go to Lehi Trafalga and to eat at Cafe Rio.  We had a lot of fun!

Jayden is somewhat afraid of the rock wall.  He

gets up a little ways and then gets scared and comes

back down.  I bribed him with $5 if he went all 

the way to the top.

He is very motivated by money :)

Jayden almost ate an entire burrito himself!!!  For being

such a skinny kid, he can certainly pack it away when he wants to!

 We also let Jayden have a friend birthday party.  He chose to go to Nickle Mania again (same place as last time).  The sad part is that we had to do his party during the middle of Spring Break, and only 2 friends could come.  They still had fun though.

Here are some fun things about Jayden...

He loves: video games, reading books, movie night, playing games, being tickled by his mom, pizza, Cafe Rio, fishing, camping, sports, and school.

He hates: spaghetti, spiders

He is really good at: math, (actually, all of school), doing his jobs EVERY day without being reminded, saving his money, helping out his mom.

Favorite colors: blue & green
