Happy Birthday Jacob!

At the end of May, Jacob turned 6 years old!  We told him he could have a birthday party and invite friends.  This was his very first birthday party with friends.  He chose to go to Classic Fun Skating Center, since they have bounce houses there.  He chose 6 school friends to invite, but his birthday was after school had ended so only half could come, and then on the day of his party, one of his friends got sick.  I felt bad that only two friends came, but he still had a lot of fun!

Jacob wanted ninja cupcakes.  I think they
turned out pretty cute, and they weren't
that hard to make either!

 Jacob's best friend, Braxton

The skates were too hard for Jacob and Braxton,
so they chose to do scooters

The party guests, Braxton, Jacob, and Nicole

Part of the party package was that Jacob got to go in
the ticket wind machine.  He tried to catch as many tickets
as he could and then turn them in for a prize

He also got to do the spinner for another prize

It was a lot of fun going there for his birthday!

 Opening presents on his birthday

 It's a bow and arrow!

 A racetrack!

We also take the kids out for a special birthday date with mom and dad.  Jacob wanted to go to Trafalga and McDonalds for dinner.

Jacob is pretty brave!  He almost
made it to the top of the rock wall

I had on sandals, so I couldn't play laser tag.
John played with him, but they ended up getting separated
and Jacob was pretty scared.  He's trying to put on a brave
face for the picture though

Man, I love this little guy!!!
To end the night, we went to Yogurtland for some ice cream!

I always like to post pictures from when the kids were babies, so here are my favorites of Jacob!
